Training Opportunities Available for Re-Certification for the Application of the Dicamba Products

As many of you are aware, re-certification for the application of the Dicamba products including: Xtendimax, FeXapan, and Engenia on Xtend soybeans is now an annual requirement for anyone who will be applying these respective herbicides.

K-State Research and Extension will not be providing in-person training this year. However, there are two sources available that they are recommending producers in the River Valley District utilize.

For those living in Republic or Washington Counties and/or farm in both Kansas and Nebraska, the University of Nebraska offers an online training program. Nebraska's dicamba regulations are more
stringent and fulfill both Nebraska and Kansas's requirements. The University of Nebraskas online training can be found at the following website: https://campus.extension.org/login/index.php.

BASF will also be hosting live webinars and has an online training available for the State of Kansas. Please visit www.engeniastewardship.com for more information.
