Concordia Citizens National Bank Wins 2018 K-18 State Baseball Championship

The Concordia Citizens National Bank K-18 Baseball team captured the 2018 K-18 State Baseball Championship Thursday, July 26th with a 12-5 win over Concordia F&A Food Sales.

The game was originally slated for Wednesday, July 25th in Lucas, but was suspended in the bottom of the 2nd inning because of rain and lightning. The two teams finished the contest Thursday at the Concordia Sports Complex.

Chase Parker started for Concordia Citizens National Bank, throwing the first 2 1/3-innings. Gavin Thomas pitched the final 4 2/3-innings.
