Clifton-Clyde Teacher Anna Hinkle Named Outstanding Rookie Secondary Business Educator

Clifton-Clyde High School Business Education Teacher Anna Hinkle has been named this year's Outstanding Rookie Secondary Business Educator award winner by the Kansas Business Education Association.

In an effort to recognize outstanding teaching and service to the field of business education in Kansas, the Kansas Business Education Association annually accepts nominations to recognize an Outstanding Rookie Secondary Business Educator, an Outstanding Secondary Business Educator, and an Outstanding Post-Secondary Business Educator.

"Mrs. Hinkle is more than deserving of this award.  In the classroom Mrs. Hinkle is continually, and appropriately, challenging the students to create and edit for publishing all projects," said Clifton-Clyde Superintendent and High School Principal Art Baker.  "She is willing to adjust a project to make it the most beneficial for the students.  I’m proud of her work and how she represents CCHS."

Hinkle is in her second year of teaching and has been instrumental in the formation of Eagle Enterprize, a student-run business that specializes in Eagle Gear.
