Concordia High School Booster Club Launches their 2019-2020 Membership Drive
The Concordia High School Booster Club has kicked-off their 2019-2020 Membership Drive.
The purpose of the Concordia High School Booster Club is to support all Concordia High School activities and athletics and bring forth spirit, good sportsmanship, and leadership at Concordia High School events.
Booster Club President Julie Vines tells KNCK News community involvement is vital to the success of Concordia High School students, and she's asking people to consider purchasing a membership for this school year.
The Concordia High School Booster Club is the primary source that raises money for the kids at the high school. The Booster Club supports all activities. Over the years, they have purchased items for locker room and weight room upgrades, a new wrestling mat, and provided support to the Science Club, Spanish Club, Debate/Forensics, Scholars Bowl, CHS After Prom, Friends of Rachel, Renaissance Club, FCCLA, FBLA, and more.
The Concordia High School Booster Club will be hosting their Annual Tailgate Blitz and Shirt Sale on Saturday, August 17th from noon to 2 pm at the Broadway Plaza in downtown Concordia.
Booster Club Vice President Niki Henderson says community members will have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to tailgate meals served at each regular season home football game, as well as check out their inventory of clearance Panther merchandise.
Booster Club membership forms will also be available at the Broadway Plaza on Saturday, as well as during a Community Kick-Off event scheduled for Thursday, August 22nd from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Cloud County Fairgrounds in Concordia.
