Give the Gift of Hope This Christmas through Saint Francis Ministries' Christmas for Kids Program
A little hope goes a long way.
Thousands of children will spend this Christmas in Saint Francis Ministries' foster care and residential programs, and they want to make sure every single one receives a present on Christmas morning.
For many of them, Christmas is an occasion of uncertainty, stress, and want -- just like any other day. They've never had a merry Christmas, much less received a gift. It doesn't have to be that way.
Each year, the friends of Saint Francis Ministries and their supporters help them ensure that no child is forgotten. You can share the love of Christ this season by sponsoring a child through Christmas for Kids.
They can accept a straight donation of either money or various gift items. Saint Francis Ministries will use the money to purchase gifts, or if gifts are donated, they will match them to a child.
They can provide a specific child's age, gender, and wish list and the sponsor can purchase the items off the list.
Saint Francis Ministries asks that the sponsor provide approximately three gifts ranging from $10 to $20 each. If anyone would like to participate, they can call Tonya Deneault or Rascheal Nutsch at (785) 243-4215 or you can stop by the office at 904 Broadway Street in Concordia.
