2024 Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day Set for This Month

On Wednesday, April 24th, Concordia Radio 1390 KNCK and 98.3 FM will host the Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day.  This annual fundraiser assists the Concordia Lions Club with the many service projects that the Lions provide for the community.

The Concordia Lions Club has been serving the community for 86 years.

Camey Thurner with the Concordia Lions Club says the event is named in honor of Dallas Nading, a longtime KNCK sales representative, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 86.  Dallas was a member of the Lions Club for 65 years and held all the local offices.

Beginning at 8 am on April 24th, members of the Concordia High School Student Council will read ads from area merchants live on the air.

Thurner says they greatly appreciate local merchants and KNCK for the support of their work.
