Assessed Valuation Up 3.9 Percent in Cloud County

The overall assessed value of real estate and personal property in Cloud County is set to increase, according to information provided to KNCK News.

The county's assessed valuation rose 3.9 percent from last year.  The value increased from $127,588,184 in 2022 to $132,499,872 in 2023.

The City of Concordia's new assessed valuation is $33,837,942.  USD 333 Concordia's new assessed valuation is $72,290,761.
