Clay County Child Care Center, Inc., a Head Start and Early Head Start program in Clay, Cloud, Ottawa, Republic, and Washington counties, has announced a major rebrand to become Little Learners Childhood Connections.

The comprehensive transformation reflects a strategic approach to move away from the idea that they merely provide childcare in Clay County.  In fact, they are dedicated to nurturing curious minds, fostering lifelong learning, and supporting low-income families through the federal Head Start and Early Head Start programs in five counties in North Central Kansas.

“This organization started over 50 years ago to offer childcare to working families in Clay Center,” said Audrey Waid, Executive Director.  “Our services have evolved, and our service area has grown.  I’m excited that our brand is catching up.”

Program Director Lisa Daniels said, “I am excited about our rebranding process.  I feel that Little Learners Childhood Connections truly represents our program and the great services we provide to children and families in the communities we serve.”

While their name and look have changed Little Learners Childhood Connections’ mission of enriching the lives they touch continues.  They will keep serving their Head Start and Early Head Start families, ensuring quality education and support.  In addition to the name change and new logo, over the next several weeks they will update signage at their locations in all five counties, update their social media accounts, and launch a new website.
