Cloud County Community College Announces 2024 Homecoming Candidates

Cloud County Community College's 2024 Homecoming Queen and King will be crowned on Saturday, January 27th between the Men’s and Women’s Basketball games against Coffeyville Community College.

Zoe Merz, Coordinator of Student Engagement and Retention, tells us about this year's Homecoming candidates.

Students will be casting their votes throughout the week to select the winners.

On Saturday, the Thunderbirds will play host to Coffeyville in Arley Bryant Gymnasium.  The women will tip off at 2 pm.  The crowning of the king and queen will take place prior to the start of the men’s game at 4 pm.

The Cloud County Women's Basketball team is 11-6 overall and 7-5 in Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference play, while the T-Birds Men's Basketball team is 13-5 overall and 8-4 in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference.
