At 1:24 PM, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 section of Iron Rd. Upon investigation Brenden Chittenden of Cleveland, TX was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs; Possession of Methamphetamine; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Investigation is on-going.

At 5:00 AM, a Deputy responded to the intersection of N 130th Rd. and Quail Rd. for a report of a non-injury accident.
