On Monday April 29th

At 0900am, M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency, one patient was transported to Republic County Hospital 
at 0801pm, E-1 and M-4 were dispatched for a rubbish fire. Fire was controlled. 
at 1017pm, M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency, no transport was needed.
