Concordia First United Methodist Church to Hold 12th Annual Change the World Sunday Event

Members of the Concordia First United Methodist Church will participate in service projects for their local and global communities during Change the World Sunday this weekend.

Nancy Wentz with the First United Methodist Church says there will be service projects for all ages and generations.

The day will begin with a breakfast at 8:30 am, followed by a short worship service.

After the service, Wentz says they will break off into work teams to engage in projects with different levels of effort.

Wentz says the projects offer both onsite and offsite opportunities.

After their projects are completed, they will gather for lunch at the church from noon to 1 pm and they will bring together the projects they have done.
