Concordia Senior Belle Chavey Qualifies for National Catholic Forensics League's Grand National Tournament

Concordia High School Senior Belle Chavey has qualified to compete at the National Catholic Forensics League’s Grand National Tournament over Memorial Weekend, in Louisville, Kentucky.  At a forensics meet this past weekend, Chavey placed third in Dramatic Performance, qualifying her to travel to Louisville to compete in the national tournament.

Seniors Justice Alexander and Moyra Barnes also competed at the qualifier in Duo Interpretation.

Earlier this month, Alexander and Barnes placed second in Duet Acting in an asynchronous tournament online against students from around the state, qualifying to compete in the 2023 Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 3A State Forensics Championship Tournament.  This year's state competition will be held May 6th at Wichita-Collegiate High School.
