CPD Weekly Report for Feb. 23 – Mar. 1

Monday, February 23

At 6:49 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Doster St. for a report of criminal trespass.

Tuesday, February 24

Officers received a report of a juvenile stealing from the 100 block of East College Dr. Charges of felony theft have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Wednesday, February 25

At 1:18 AM, Officers responded to the 600 block of East 9th St. for a welfare check.

At 9:16 AM, Officers responded to the 600 block of East 9th St. for a welfare check.

At 11:22 AM, Officers responded to the Police Department for a report of harassment.

At 3:03 PM, Officers responded to the intersection of 6th St. and Republican St. for a report of a vehicle vs bicycle non-injury accident.

At 8:04 PM, Officers took a report of violation of a protection order at the Police Department, charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Thursday, February 26

At 10:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block
of Spruce St. for a report of medication in the road. Officer gathered all the
medication and disposed of it in the Med Drop Box in the Police Department’s
lobby.

At 1:31 PM, Officers were dispatched too the 600 block of East 6th St. for a welfare check.

At 1:58 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of East 7th St. for a report of disorderly conduct.

Friday, February 27

At 2:57 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Olive St. for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon investigations, it was determined that the argument was verbal.

At 4:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 5th St. for a report of trespassing.

At 10 9:37 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 6th St. and Valley St. for a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was brought to the Police Department for juvenile intake to be conducted. The juvenile was later released back to the parents’ custody.

At 10:54 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Doster St. for a welfare check.

Saturday, February 28

At 11:56 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East 8th St. for a fraud report.

At 10:18 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Dr. for a report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, Officers stopped the individuals who were leaving the scene. All three occupants of the vehicle were trespassed and released from scene.

Sunday, March 1

At 10:09 PM, Officers took a report of violation of a protection order at the Police Department, charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Around 2:50 PM, regrading a loud explosion like noise. It was determined that the noise was a result of thunder. Officers were dispatched to multiple buildings around town regarding alarms and shattered doors.
