CPD Weekly Report for July 27 – Aug. 3, 2026

Monday, July 27

At 2:16 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Lincoln St. for a report of Criminal Trespass.

At 7:59 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block ofLincoln St. for a non-injury accident.

At 11:47 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 5th St. for a welfare check.

At 2:14 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West 5th St. for a civil dispute. Upon investigation, one juvenile runaway was located.

At 5:43 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West 5th St. for a report of an attempted burglary.

Tuesday, July 28

At 2:18 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Lincoln St. for a welfare check.

Wednesday, July 29

At 5:37 AM, Officers determined that there was a burglary in the 600 block of West 13th St. Upon investigation, Autumn Griffin, Seth Conn, Skyler Stroman, and Brayden Johns were arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections.

At 9:16 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Archer St. for a report of criminal trespass.

Thursday, July 30

At 1:48 PM, Officers went to 300 block of East 2nd St. to make contact with two individuals with active Cloud County Warrants. Officers made contact with Tyler Pelis of Concordia, who had an active Cloud County Warrant for theft. Katelynn Collard was arrested for failure to comply to terms of bond. Pelis and Collard were both transported to Cloud County Corrections for processing.

Friday, July 31

At 7:51 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 14th St. for a welfare check.

At 9:40 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of College Dr. and Lincoln St. for a noise complaint.

Saturday, August 1

At 10:26 AM, Officers made contact with one juvenile in the 700 block of Doster St. The juvenile was known to have an active Cloud County Warrant. The juvenile was arrested and transported to juvenile detention.

At 11:54 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 12th St. for a report of theft.

Sunday, August 2

At 3:50 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East 7th St. for a report of a noise complaint.

At 3:39 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Dr. for a report of criminal damage to property. This incident is till under investigation.

At 5:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 1st St. for a report of animal cruelty. This incident is still under investigation.

Monday, August 3

At 12:03 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East 8th St. for a report of a civil dispute.
