CPD Weekly Report for May 4 – 10, 2026

Monday, May 4

At 10:11 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East 17th St. for a report of a civil standby.

At 11:06 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 13th St. for a welfare check.

At 8:55 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West 21st St. for a report of a missing person. Upon investigation, the individual was located safely.

At 9:57 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of east College Dr. for a report of criminal trespass.

At 11:52 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Republican for a report of harassment via telecommunication device.

Tuesday, May 5

At 12:55 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of East 9th St. for a report of a battery. Charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

At 5:34 PM, Officers made contact with a male individual, Christopher Young of Concordia, in the intersection of a 14th St. and Spruce St. Young was known by Officers to have an active Cloud County Warrant. Young was placed under arrest. Upon investigation, additional charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, felon in possession of a firearm. Young was transported to Cloud County Corrections for processing on his Cloud County Warrant, original charge: larceny, theft, and criminal damage to property. Young was also booked in on the pervious said charges.

At 6:29 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Police Department for a report of child abuse.

Wednesday, May 6

At 10:53 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 7th St. for a report of a non-injury accident.

At 4:50 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Olive St. for a report of a civil dispute.

Thursday, May 7

At 8:00 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West 6th St. for a welfare check.

At 7:25 PM, Officers made contact with a male individual who had an active warrant out of Riley County. Upon investigation, Caden Swisher was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections for processing. Swisher was booked in on his Riley County Warrant.

At 10:09 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Kansas St. and 11th St. for a noise complaint.

Saturday, May 9

At 4:56 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of West 6th St. for a report of criminal trespass.

At 10:21 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East 8th St. for a welfare check.

Sunday, May 10

At 12:10 PM, Officers made contact with a male individual, Dustyn Roth of Worland, WY. Upon investigation, Roth had an active warrant out of Sherman County for failure to appear, original charge: DUI, domestic battery and no proof of a valid driver’s license. Roth was transported to Cloud County Corrections for processing.

At 4:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West 10th St. for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, there was no physical contact made. Both parties were separated.

At 5:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West 6th St. for a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, there was no physical contact made. Both parties were separated.

At 5:49 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Lincoln St. for a report of an individual in possession of a controlled substance.

At 9:03 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West 8th St. for a report of disorderly conduct.
