Easy G Sports Grill to Celebrate Anniversary with Golf Tournament on September 4th

Easy G Sports Grill will hold its 6th Annual Anniversary and Golf Tournament on Sunday, September 4th at Concordia Golf & Wellness.

The event is in recognition of the popular downtown Concordia sports bar and grill's sixth anniversary.  Ty Gennette told KNCK News they are thankful for the support of the community and they're looking forward to another great year.

Easy G Sports Grill is holding its annual Golf Tournament during the Labor Day Holiday weekend.

Gennette says the event will be a four-person scramble with 18 holes, as well as lunch and beverages and the opportunity to win some prizes.

A portion of the proceeds from the tournament will go toward the Annual Community Fireworks Show in the City of Concordia.

Previously, the family of the late-Leon Gennette held an annual Softball for Fireworks slow-pitch softball tournament at the Concordia Sports Complex in memory of Leon, the former director of the Concordia Chamber of Commerce, who undertook the gathering of donations for the fireworks show following his retirement.

Easy G Sports Grill's anniversary weekend also will include a mountain oyster eating contest at 6 pm on Sunday, September 4th, followed by Lizardskin Karaoke from 9 pm to 1 am.
