Flash Back to the '80s with PARAMOUNT at the Broadway Plaza

Kick back to the sounds of the '80s with the Broadway Plaza Summer Concert Series.

On Saturday, June 18th at 8 pm, North Central Kansas residents will gather at the Broadway Plaza, located at the corner of 6th and Broadway Streets in Concordia, for a free concert by popular '80s rock tribute band, PARAMOUNT.

Drummer Kevin Rome says the band plays high energy sing-with-us '80s anthems from Journey, REO Speedwagon, Def Leppard, Poison, Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses, and much more. 

The members of the band are spread from Northwest Kansas to Springfield, Missouri.  The members of the band have been performing for over 30 years, while PARAMOUNT as a band began around 2010.

With Eddie Light on lead vocals, PARAMOUNT has been described as a sure-fire crowd pleaser.

The concert is sponsored by the City of Concordia and the Community Foundation for Cloud County.

Rome said Saturday night's show will be fast-paced and offer a full light show and amazing sound.

Paradise Eats Food Truck will be serving at the plaza from 6 pm to 9 pm.  Easy G Sports Grill will operate the beer garden.
