Local Artist Holding Exhibit at Frank Carlson Library

The Frank Carlson Library will host an art exhibit by local artist Tosha Larkins from September 6th through September 16th.

Lyndsey Kopsa, Frank Carlson Library Director, invites Concordia residents and those from around the North Central Kansas area to stop by and support a local artist.

A meet the artist reception will be held on Saturday, September 9th from 10 am to noon.

The Frank Carlson Library is located at 702 Broadway Street in Concordia.
