Medicare Basics Class to Continue

Over the past four months, River Valley District Family Resource Management Agent Monica Thayer and Adult Development and Aging Agent Jordan Schuette have held Medicare Basics Meetings in all four counties of the River Valley Extension District. 

In May, the River Valley District will start hosting a Medicare Basics Meeting in each county again.

Medicare, all its parts, and the advertisements can be confusing.  Schuette says the monthly Medicare Basics Meetings can be real helpful.

The May meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd at 6 pm on the NCK Free Fairgrounds at the 4-H Building in Belleville.

The June meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 7th at 6 pm at the Clay Center Extension Office Meeting Room.

Schuette also tells KNCK News they do schedule one-on-one appointments in all four offices of the River Valley Extension District.
