New Concordia Event Venue, Warehouse 315, to Hold Open House

Warehouse 315, a new intimate venue rental space near downtown Concordia, will hold an open house this weekend.  The event will be held Sunday, April 21st from 1 pm to 4 pm at 315 W. 5th Street.

Owned by Allan and Anna Jackson of Concordia, Warehouse 315 has been designed for intimate weddings and receptions, small to medium-sized corporate events, as well as social gatherings such as private parties, fundraisers, and holiday parties.

Anna tells KNCK News they saw a need for additional event and gathering space in the community.

The venue has a maximum capacity of 99.

Warehouse 315 will specialize in smaller intimate events and social gatherings.

Allan says the space also includes a fun outdoor area.

During this weekend's open house, the public is invited to tour Warehouse 315, meet the owners, and enjoy some refreshments.
