One Jamestown City Council Race Remains Undecided

Incumbent Jason Martin has been re-elected to the Jamestown City Council.

Brian Nelson also was elected to a seat on the council.

And one council seat remains undecided.

The Tuesday, November 7th general election resulted in Amber Colby and Mitch Mansfield tying for the last of three spots up for election on the Jamestown City Council.

The unofficial numbers released by the Cloud County Clerk's Office showed Jason Martin won re-election with 43 votes, while Nelson earned 27 votes.  Colby and Mansfield are deadlocked at 23 votes.

The Cloud County Clerk's Office reports three provisional ballots remain uncounted in Jamestown.

All votes are unofficial until the Cloud County Board of Commissioners canvass the election results on Monday, November 20th.

Jason Martin - 43 votes (30.94%)
Brian Nelson - 27 votes (19.42%)
Amber Colby - 23 votes (16.55%)
Mitch Mansfield - 23 votes (16.55%)
Samantha Viereck - 19 votes (13.67%)
Write-In Votes - 4 votes (2.88%)
