Rio Brown is KNCK & Subway's Concordia Teacher/Staff Member of the Month for April

KNCK and Subway of Concordia are excited to honor Rio Brown, Concordia Physical Education Instructor, as our April 2024 Teacher/Staff Member of the Month.

The public was invited to submit nominations to KNCK in April, letting us know who their favorite teacher or school staff member is in the Concordia school district.  Nominations were open for all Concordia Elementary, Middle School and Junior/Senior High School teachers and staff.

Here is the winning nomination we received:

KNCK and Subway want to thank Mrs. Brown for all that she does to support her students.  In appreciation for her passion for education, Madison Meyer of Subway presented Mrs. Brown with a gift card on Friday, May 3rd.

All Concordia students and parents are invited to submit nominations for our Teacher/Staff Member of the Month program, sponsored by Subway of Concordia. All you have to do is email your nominations to toby@ncktoday.com. Include the teacher or staff member's name and tell us why they are one-of-a-kind.

The deadline to submit nominations is Wednesday, May 15th.  All previous nominations will be reconsidered, as well.  Entries will be judged and a winner will be announced later this month on the KNCK family of radio stations and NCKToday.com.
