The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 27-year-old Jacob Tyler Zelinski of Beloit was traveling eastbound on US Highway 24 around one mile east of Clay Center.  A 2001 Buick Park Avenue driven by 82-year-old Dale Hammond of Clay Center was northbound on a driveaway just north of US Highway 24.
