Aaron Higgins

Aaron Higgins, age 73, resident of Glasco, Kansas, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at his home in Glasco, Kansas. Aaron was born on September 26, 1949 in Wichita, Kansas. 

Aaron served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He was honorably discharged.

He married Sherry Flowers in 1988, gaining two step-daughters, and she preceded him in 2016 in Wichita, Kansas.

Aaron traveled the country working on airplanes as a sheet metal specialist. He has worked for Spirit Aerosystems Inc., in Wichita, and was selected to work on Air Force One.

Aaron enjoyed classic cars, wheeling and dealing, and trying things like hunting. He truly enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Aaron is survived by his two step-daughters, Paula Luper (Michael), Bentley, KS; Cindy (Rob) Bryant, Wichita, KS; 9 grandchildren,; and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry, parents, a son, and his siblings.

Aaron’s wishes were to be cremated and a private service will be held at a later time.
