Brian Wilson

Brian Wilson, age 62, left this earthly life on Wed., Nov. 15, 2023, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge, LA.  He was born on Dec. 13, 1960 in Concordia, KS to Robert and Blanche (Racette) Wilson.

Brian graduated from Clyde High School in 1979. He married Brenda Nault on June 2, 1989 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde. Brian was a roofing consultant for Benchmark INC. Cedar Rapid, IA, and had an active career in roofing for nearly 44 years. Brian was an avid golfer, patriotic person, card player, enjoyed karaoke, picking a Christmas tree, Memorial Day fishing and especially his dog, Jacob. He loved to spend time with his family and was very proud of his children and grandchildren. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde & an active member of the Clyde Golf Course.

Brian is survived by his wife, Brenda of the home in Clyde, son, Brandon Wilson (Abbie Garman), Concordia, KS;   daughters, Jordon Streeter (Chase), Concordia, KS; Chantel Silva (Jorge), Plattsmouth, NE; mother, Blanche, Clyde, KS; brother, Randy Wilson (Gale), Berryton, KS; sister, Cindy Francis (Norman), Clyde, KS; 10 grandchildren, Daylee, Kade, Wren, Ash, Emerlynn, Vince, Ezra, Zaire, Burkley and Brielle;  several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wilson, and In-laws, Daniel Nault and Jacquellyn Nault.

Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023 from 1-5 pm at Chaput Mortuary, Clyde with the Family receiving friends from 3-5 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Monday, Nov. 27, 2023 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde with Fr. Steven Heina officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Clyde.
