Frankie Joe Chrisman

Frankie Joe Chrisman, 77 years of age, of Concordia passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Republic County Hospital in Belleville.  He was born on December 14, 1946, in Earlton, Kansas to Frank and Emma (Smedley) Chrisman.

He married Nancy D. Schroeder on March 30, 1974, in Wichita, Kansas.  To this union two daughters were born Brenda and Sandy.

He was a machinist for Easton’s in Wichita for 30 plus years until his retirement.

Joe enjoyed taking his two daughters fishing in their younger years and most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his wife, Nancy D. Chrisman of the home in Concordia, KS; two daughters, Brenda (Jay) Chrisman, Concordia, KS; Sandy Chrisman, Concordia, KS; one brother, Jim Chrisman, Wichita, KS: sister, Rosa (Harold) Slates, Wichita, KS; three grandchildren, Logan Jennings, Katlyn Collins, and Leathan Stevenson, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Emma, one brother, Robert, and three sisters, Ruby, Geneva and Clara.

Joe’s wishes were to be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later time.
