Regina Kay Bennett, 62 of Inman, KS, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.  She was born July 27, 1960 in Concordia, KS to Donald Sr. and Darlene (Christianson) Everhart and raised in Jamestown, KS.

Regina spent her hard-working years doing what she loved to do most, taking care of others.  She spent her CNA career in a couple of nursing homes and throughout those years she found her passion in the private home care setting.  Regina was very well known as a devoted mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and her most cherished title, Nana, to her grandchildren and to any and all who crossed her path, you would often hear her say, “just call me Nana”.  Throughout Regina’s retirement years she enjoyed spending her time with her family, expressing her artistic abilities creating things for her family and friends, and making memories with her grandchildren.

Survivors include son, Brandon Bennett of Hutchinson, KS; daughter, Amanda (Brandon) Richter of Inman, KS; brothers, Lonnie Everhart of Newton, KS, David Everhart of Inman, KS, and Daniel (Jennifer) Everhart of Hutchison, KS; and 8 Grandchildren, Kayleonah Richter, Avah Bennett, Rayegan Richter, Jaycelyn Richter, Bryanna Bennett, Cierra Bennett, Olivia Bennett, and Owen Bennett.

Regina is preceded in death by her parents, Donald Sr. and Darlene Everhart; sister, Judy Everhart; and a brother, Donald Everhart Jr.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 16, 2023 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia, KS with burial to follow at Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KS.
