Concordia Boys Golf Team Opens Season by Winning the Chapman Invitational

The Concordia High School Boys Varsity Golf team has gotten the 2024 season off to a great start after recording a first place team finish at the Chapman Invitational on Tuesday, April 9th.

The Panthers finished with a four-man score of 331.

Concordia was led by Junior Luke Donovan who carded a 78 to finish in 3rd place.

Junior Lennon Ninemire followed with an 82 to finish in 8th place.

Senior Lewis VanMeter shot an 85 to finish in 12th place.  Junior Karson Lister finished in 14th place with an 86.

Other Concordia results saw Junior Andrew Henderson card a 99 to finish in 37th place.  Junior Peyton Retter also shot a 99 to finish 39th overall.

Concordia will return to action on Tuesday, April 16th when they compete in the Abilene Invitational.
