The Concordia High School cheerleading and dance programs held their end of season banquet on Sunday, March 17th at Concordia High School.

Madison Meyer was named the recipient of the Most Valuable Cheer Teammate Award, as voted on by the members of the squad, and Ilyssa Maya received the Most Valuable Dance Teammate Award.  The award is for someone who possesses the following qualities: positive, helpful and encouraging to other team members.

Hattie Blackwood received the Cheer Power Award, and Aubrey Stahlman received the Dance Power Award, both voted on by the members of the squad.  The award is for someone who possesses the following qualities: athletic, great skills, hard worker, diligent and positive.

The coaches Rising Star Awards were presented to Lili Brooks and Asia Garcia.  The awards are presented to first year team members who showed great improvement and who coaches think will be impactful team members for future years.

The coaches All-Star Awards went to Jena Hanson and Keri Farmer.  The awards are presented to upperclassmen who over their years on the squad have shown great overall improvement in not just skills but also in their character.

Marissa Parker received the Dedication Award, given to a team member who cheered or danced all four years of their high school career.

Lillian Nuss, Peyton Pruser, Trinity McWhorter, Madison Meyer and Hattie Blackwood each received the Overachiever Award, in recognition of them going above and beyond by cheering in a significant number of away games.
