Concordia Senior Christian Belden Ranked in First KWCA 4A Boys Rankings of 2023-2024

The Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association has released the first 4A Boys rankings for 2023-2024.

Concordia High School Senior Christian Belden, a two-time state qualifier, sits in 2nd place at 106 lbs. in the preseason rankings.  Sophomore Tanner Sleichter of Santa Fe Trail boasts the top spot at 106 lbs.

Belden concluded the 2022-2023 season at 26-7 overall, including going 2-2 at the 2023 Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 4A State Wrestling Tournament in Salina.

Belden is one of three returning state qualifiers for Concordia, joining Senior Caleb Hanson and Junior Tracer Murdock.

The Concordia High School Wrestling team is scheduled to open its 2023-2024 season at the Wamego Invitational on Saturday, December 2nd.
