Concordia Softball Opens NCKL Play with Two Losses at Wamego
The Concordia High School Softball team opened North Central Kansas League play on Tuesday, April 9th, dropping a pair of road games to the Wamego Red Raiders.
Wamego, the defending Class 4A State Softball Champions, picked up an 11-0 win in game one. The Red Raiders then took down the Panthers by a final score of 9-2 in game two.
The losses drop Concordia's record to 2-6 overall.
Concordia returns home for a non-league doubleheader with the Republic County Buffaloes on Thursday, April 11th. The first game will begin at 4:30 pm.
