Knights of Columbus Council to Sponsor Postseason Concordia High School Football Banquet This Weekend

The Concordia Knights of Columbus Council will sponsor the 2023 Concordia High School Football Banquet on Sunday, November 12th at 6 pm.

The banquet will be held in the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Parish Hall.

The Knights of Columbus Council #1142 was established in Concordia on June 24, 1906.  The Knights of Columbus are role models in a world that needs men who lead, serve, protect and defend.

Todd Gennette says this is the second year that the Knights of Columbus in Concordia are sponsoring the banquet honoring the Concordia High School Football players and coaches.

This year's meal is provided by Big Stacks BBQ of Jamestown.

Additional food has been provided by F&A Food Sales, Inc. of Concordia.

Tickets to the banquet are $15 for an individual or $25 for a couple.  Children six and under are free.

Gennette says tickets can be purchased through the athletic office at Concordia Junior/Senior High School.

The Panthers Varsity Football team completed the season with a 2-7 overall record, losing to the Wichita-Collegiate Spartans in the opening round of the 2023 Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 3A State Football Playoffs on October 27th.
