NCK 94.9 is Concordia's New Radio Home for the Chiefs

White Communications is excited to announce the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs are coming to NCK 94.9 this fall.

A new multi-year agreement was recently signed.

94.9 will begin airing the Chiefs starting in August. As part of the agreement, KNCK-FM will broadcast all preseason, regular season and postseason games, along with pre-game and post-game shows. NCK 94.9 also will air Chiefs Kingdom with the voice of the Chiefs Mitch Holthus on Monday evenings and Minute with Mitch each week throughout the season

"We have wanted the Chiefs on our stations for many years," said General Manager Mike McKenna. "Our late owner and former voice of the Royals Fred White and his wife and current owner Barbara White always wanted the Chiefs, Royals, KU and K-State sports on their stations and today we have made that vision come true. And what a great time to bring the Chiefs to NCK 94.9 after winning two of the last three Super Bowls, hosting five-straight AFC Championship Games and winning seven-consecutive AFC West Championships."
